This cooker features a straightforward start button that reveals the pilot button when pressed, a setup that prevents the cooker from starting accidentally. Made of aluminum, the pot heats up without hot spots, and a bimetallic sensor ensures the temperature is accurate. After rice cooks, the internal pilot burner can keep it warm in the pot. To facilitate setup, this Town RM-55N-R commercial rice cooker has a natural gas connection on the back and comes with a pressure regulator.
