John Boos DNB08 60" Maple Top Bakers Table w/ 4" Splash & Open Base, 30"D

The John Boos DNB08 baker's table measures 60 inches wide by 30 inches deep, providing plenty of workspace for working dough. Because the top is made of hard rock maple, it doesn't get as cool as stainless steel, so dough doesn't get too firm and hard to work. This top has antimicrobial properties; it's built with a 4-inch riser to contain messes and has coved corners to prevent crumbs from getting trapped.
