John Boos DNB13 48" Maple Top Bakers Table w/ 4" Splash & Open Base, 36"D
Intended for use in bakeries, the John Boos DNB13 baker's table has a hard rock maple top that stays warmer than metal options. This prevents dough from getting too firm while it's being worked. The top has antimicrobial properties that slow the growth of bacteria. Its 4-inch-tall riser on the ends and back contains ingredients, keeping the floor clean. The base has an open design with galvanized legs and adjustable crossbars.
