John Boos DNB14 60" Maple Top Bakers Table w/ 4" Splash & Open Base, 36"D
With a 60-inch width and 36-inch depth, the John Boos DNB14 bakery table offers plenty of prep space for dough in bakeries. Its top is made of hard rock maple, which is warmer and better insulated than steel; this prevents dough from getting too cool and firm. This top is 13/4 inches thick and has a 4-inch-high riser that prevents ingredients from falling off. The base has an open design, with galvanized legs and adjustable bracings on the rear and ends.
