The John Boos DSB11 48-inch baker's table has a 13/4-inch-thick top that provides a workspace to roll dough and prepare food. To inhibit the growth of bacteria, the Northern Hard Rock Maple top has an antimicrobial coating, and to prevent rust and corrosion, the unit is positioned on stainless steel legs. Its sides and rear have a 4-inch coved riser that keeps surrounding equipment free of messes.
