The Northern Hard Rock Maple top provides a workspace for employees to prepare food and knead dough. This unit has a coved riser on the sides and rear to contain messes that splatter while working, while its side and rear bracing is adjustable as needed. Its stainless steel legs are durable enough to hold the table securely.
