Cres Cor CCB150 Heated Banquet Cart - (150) Plate Capacity, Stainless, 120v

The Cres Cor CCB150 heated banquet cart is mounted on casters, two of which have brakes to secure the unit in place, to provide mobility. When the cart is full, it might be hard to maneuver, so it includes push handles on the sides to solve this problem. If a user bumps the cart into a piece of equipment or a wall in the kitchen, both the unit and the obstacle will be protected by a bumper around the perimeter. Because the cart is made of stainless steel, it can be wiped clean when common kitchen messes occur.

Using eye-level thermostatic controls, users can adjust the temperature in the Cres Cor CCB150 heated banquet cart to as high as 200 degrees Fahrenheit. Keeping them warm until it is time to serve, the six shelves can accommodate a wide variety of covered plates, and these shelves are made of wire to provide air circulation through the gaps. Ensuring heat isn't lost to the environment, the cabinet and doors have 2 inches of insulation.
