The Metro MBQ-200D heated banquet cart holds (200) 11³/₄-inch-diameter plates of cooked food, and with this large capacity, the cabinet can be loaded in the kitchen and conveniently transported to a banquet area. Food sits on four removable shelves in the cabinet and is accessible behind two doors to improve access compared to single-door units. When the user's hands are full, they can press the latch at the bottom with a foot to open the doors. Insulation in the cabinet reduces heat loss and increases structural strength.

On the front of this Metro MBQ-200D heated banquet cabinet, an intelligent panel houses the multi-function timer, straightforward thermometer, and whiteboard on which operators can label the food plated in the unit. The heat module is located at the bottom and can be removed without tools for cleaning and servicing. While transporting the cabinet, the bottom bumper protects the cart exterior and other surfaces from damage.
