The bin of the John Boos UBIB-2130-CP10-X underbar ice machine measures 28 inches wide by 18 inches deep by 131/2 inches high. A 10-circuit cold plate is installed inside to keep soda lines cool at ideal serving temperatures. The ice bin is insulated to retain low temperatures. The recessed drain facilitates draining and thorough cleaning.
This John Boos UBIB-2130-CP10-X underbar ice bin and cocktail unit is constructed of 18/300 stainless steel for corrosion resistance and durability. This unit is constructed with stainless steel legs and side bracing. The adjustable bullet feet ensure stability on uneven floors. The front pre-drilled standard holes provide space for the installation of a speed rail attachment to keep liquors and spirits close at hand.
