John Boos UBIB-2136-CP7-X 36" Underbar Ice Bin/Cocktail Unit w/ 7 Circuit Cold Plate - 21"D x 32 1/2"H, Stainless
The John Boos UBIB-2136-CP7-X underbar ice bin with cocktail unit is designed for installation beside a current cocktail station; threaded inserts are provided for this process. Additional inserts are included for attaching a speed rail to the front as desired. The two-piece top slides and can accommodate inserts for mixers.
Made to withstand heavy use and resist corrosion, the John Boos UBIB-2136-CP7-X ice bin and cocktail unit is built of durable 18/300 stainless steel. The 131/2-inch-deep ice bin is insulated and features a 7-circuit cold plate with drink lines running below the ice so beverages are chilled at service. Soda lines can be installed through the top of the 3-inch backsplash, indicated by access plates, and this unit is stationed on four adjustable bullet feet.
