The Advance Tabco K-425 thermostatic mixing valve ensures a consistent and safe water temperature for commercial sink applications. It maintains and limits mixed hot water to a selectable temperature between 80 degrees and 120 degrees Fahrenheit, supporting flow rates from 1/2 to 12 gallons per minute. Built with a lead-free cast copper silicon alloy body, this valve meets ASSE 1017, ASSE 1069, and ASSE 1070 standards, ensuring compliance with safety and performance regulations. Designed for versatility, it includes integral filter washers and check valves for optimal function.
