The Advance Tabco NDSG-15-108 self-service food shield's upright legs are fitted with Chamber Lock™ technology, enabling rotation in 15-degree increments to improve access for cleaning. The strong, heat-tempered glass is ¹/₄ inch thick, separating customers from food on a buffet line to reduce the risk of contamination. Because it has an opening on both sides, users can retrieve their own food. Constructed of stainless steel, the durable top shelf can hold condiments, plates, and napkins nearby for use when needed.
