The Dormont 1675KITS48 gas connector kit is a good choice for caster-mounted fryers, broilers, ovens, or any other portable gas-powered equipment. This connector kit is designed with operator safety in mind; it includes several safety features suitable for moveable appliances. Its gas connector hose has a triple-layer design that combats rust, bacterial growth, twisting, or crushing from repetitive movement. The included anchor cable enables operators to move gas-powered equipment confidently without stretching or straining the connecting hose. The quick-release coupling is designed for secure attachment or separation with one hand. It includes a safety insert that melts at 350 degrees Fahrenheit to seal the hose and stop the flow of gas.
