Structured for self-service applications, the front panels and top shelf have a sturdy, heat-tempered glass construction that resists breaking. However, if they do break, they disperse into small pebbles rather than dangerously sharp shards. All glass components are made of a clear material that provides customers a direct view of displayed food; the top shelf is sturdy enough to hold additional items, such as utensils and dishware. Attachable to a Thurmaduke serving system, this 59⁵/₈-inch-wide by 18-inch-deep by 18-inch-high structure is designed for dual-sided, self-service applications.
