Hatco CSCL-PAN Custom Drip Pan, 20" x 26 3/4" x 1", Stainless

The Hatco CSCL-PAN drip pan is made for use with the Hatco GRCSCL-24 and GRCSCLH-24 carving stations and placed underneath to prevent messes from accumulating on the surface below the unit. To ensure that messes stay inside the drip pan, the cutting board of the carving station is placed inside the pan on top of four raised nibs that prevent drippings from reaching the underside of the cutting board. Because it's made of stainless steel, it can be paired with a carving station that has a heated base.
