The Henny Penny 12102 filter envelopes slide over a filter screen to clean crumbs and leftover debris from fryers while enabling oil to freely flow through. Each envelope works for 10 to 12 filtering sessions before needing a replacement. This unit is compatible with all Henny Penny open fryers and pressure fryers.
