Because they're made of stainless steel, the Hoshizaki HS-3558 combination bottom support pan slides tolerate exposure to cold temperatures well and resist rusting from contact with salt, acid, and moisture. Each set of pan slides can accommodate one hotel pan or two baking pans. Installing these pan slides in a refrigerator or freezer enables users to organize storage of cold food and quickly access and remove items from the cooler as needed.
