The stainless steel construction of the 13-set blades make them durable and easy to keep clean. Easy to replace, the blades cut food into pieces that are 3/16 of an inch. The Nemco 466-1 blade assembly easily cuts through tomatoes, strawberries, and other soft fruits and vegetables for salads, salsas, sandwiches, and more.
