This Rational 8720.1560US installation kit is meant for use with the gas-powered SCC WE/CMP 61G, 62G, and 101G combi ovens. It ships with a gas connector hose, water connector hose, pipe connections, minnies, and elbows that help enable quick installation upon delivery. To simplify upkeep, this install kit also includes a starter kit of cleaning tabs.
