Server Condiment Pump Only w/ 2 oz/Stroke Capacity, Stainless (87640)

The Server 87640 condiment pump is made to be used with the 90083 third-size steam table pan. The pump can dispense 2 ounces of product, and with ¹?₄-ounce and ¹?₂-ounce gauging collars, the portion size can be adjusted as needed. Products that are thick or contain particulates can be dispensed with this pump, and captured balls in the cast valve body reduce the risk of product loss. The Server 87640 condiment pump is constructed of stainless steel for durability and heavy use.
