The Server 83441 condiment pump dispenses product in increments of ¹?₈ ounce up to a 1-ounce portion. It is designed to serve thick condiments and those containing particulates, including mayonnaise, barbecue sauce, and tartar sauce, and can be used for ambiend, chilled, and heated applications. The pump is compatible with third-size steam table pans, which can hold 6¹?₁₀ quarts. The stainless steel construction of the Server 83441 condiment pump is durable and easy to clean. The tall, 7⁵?₈-inch discharge spout creates space between the tip and countertop, which allows use with deep refrigeration equipment.
