The Server 81184 pouch dispenser conversion kit assists establishments in their transition from using No. 10 topping cans to 48-ounce pouches with 16-milimeter fitment. The kit comes with an anodized aluminum pouch support to eliminate the need for a water bath, and pouches heat evenly and evacuate up to 98 percent of the contents. The valve body cuts into the center fitment and creates an airtight seal with the pouch.
