This cover measures 16³/₄ inches in diameter by ⁵/₈ of an inch high; it's constructed of 1060 heat-conductive aluminum to contain heat and moisture. After cooking, this cover can be placed in a dishmachine to ensure hard-to-reach corners are thoroughly cleaned.
