Town Rack Guide, 9 Level (244009)

This Town 244009 rack guide set includes two rack guides that fit in Town SM-24, SM-30, or SM-36 Chinese smokehouses. When hooked into the upper skewer rests' slots, these guides convert the smokehouse into a large, vertical barbecue oven, maximizing menu opportunities with roasts, chicken wings, and more. Similar to standard smoking, cooking with racks in the ovens brings out a unique flavor from the meat drippings that collect during the cooking process. Nine stainless steel food racks can be inserted into the guides' levels, which are spaced 3¹?₂ inches apart. To secure the pans in place, this unit is equipped with locking tabs.
