The True TDD-2-S-HC draft beer system has two stainless steel beer columns that each have one spigot, and these towers are insulated, with cold air running through them to reduce foaming. The cabinet accepts two half-barrel kegs, and LED lights help staff see inside. For a comfortable grip, both doors have 12-inch recessed handles, and when loading kegs into the cabinet, a door threshold protector prevents scrapes and scratches. The exterior is constructed of stainless steel for durability and rust resistance, while its back is made of matching aluminum to resist corrosion. To connect both keg lines to carbon dioxide, this unit has a two-way tapper manifold, and a ¹/₂-inch barbed T-drain fitting simplifies cleaning.

For convenient access, the condensing unit slides out from behind the front grill, and the refrigeration system is self-contained, keeping cooling components in a single area to streamline maintenance. To hold a set temperature between 33 and 38 degrees Fahrenheit, eco-friendly R290 hydrocarbon refrigerant moves through a capillary tube system. Fan motors are electronically commutated, so they move a consistent amount of air throughout the True TDD-2-S-HC draft beer system. The compressor's fan motor reverses for 20 seconds upon start up to blow dust and other debris off the condensing coil, promoting efficient system operation that reduces energy use.
