The True TDD-3-HC draft beer system can house three half-barrel kegs in its galvanized steel interior, and internal damage is prevented with the ¹/₂-inch reinforced lip and door threshold protector. To dispense two different kinds of beer at a time, this unit has two insulated beer towers, and a two-way tapper manifold connects the beer lines to the carbon dioxide line. As cold air flows into the tower, beer is dispensed with minimal foaming.

Kegs are kept at a set temperature between 33 and 38 degrees Fahrenheit with a capillary tube system and R290 hydrocarbon refrigerant. Polyurethane insulation and door gaskets help contain the cold temperatures, while fans consistently circulate air, cooling products evenly. The evaporator is coated in epoxy to resist corrosion, and the front grill removes for convenient access to the refrigeration system. When the compresor starts up, its fan motor reverses for 20 seconds to blow dust and dirt off the condenser coil. With a clean coil, the unit's system runs efficiently and reduces energy consumption. Although this self-cleaning feature maximizes the system's lifespan, it will still require preventative cleaning and maintenance. To resist chipping and peeling, the True TDD-3-HC draft beer system has a black vinyl exterior.
