Most pieces have sturdy 18/8 stainless steel core, and to complement contemporary decor the set comes in gun metal black. To enable creation of a wide range of popular cocktails, this kit comes with an 18-ounce and 28-ounce shaker set, a double-sided jigger, and two separate bar spoons: one Japanese style and one with a muddler end. Alternatively, bartenders can use the provided composite muddler to extract flavor from fruit and herbs; remaining ice and pulp can be filtered with either the included spring-style strainer or mesh strainers. Users can break down large chunks of ice using the Japanese ice pick.
