It's supplied with a self-contained condensing system located at the top of the unit, ensuring dust and debris don't clog the system. When it comes to chilling items, this unit holds temperatures between 194 to 37 degrees Fahrenheit, and its blast freezing cycle cools between 194 and 0 degrees Fahrenheit in less than four hours. The front-facing control panel allows users to manage the unit as desired and features 99 different customized styles.

This Infrico IBC-ABT201CBI blast chiller and shock freezer duo measures 47¹/₄ inches wide by 43¹/₈ inches deep and is made of 300-series stainless steel. Because the floors sport rounded corners, they`re simple to clean and wipe down. The entire body is foamed with high-density polyurethane, which locks in cold temperatures to reduce energy expenditure. The interior is easily accessible through the solid door that features a stay-open and self-close feature. The door frame will heat periodically to ensure the entrance doesn't frost over and remains easy to open.
