The Infrico IBC-ABT31S countertop blast chiller and shock freezer is made of durable, rust- and corrosion-resistant stainless steel. The unit measures 28³/₈ inches wide by 28 inches deep by 21⁵/₈ inches high and can accommodate three food pans at a time. This machine works to quickly chill food from 194 to 37 degrees Fahrenheit in 90 minutes and freeze food from 194 to 0 degrees Fahrenheit in 4 hours.

The Infrico IBC-ABT31S blast chiller and shock freezer is insulated with heavy-duty, foamed-in-place polyurethane insulation that works to maintain extremely low internal temperatures. The steel door is insulated with polyurethane and equipped with stay-open and self-closing features for streamlined kitchen operations. The door frame is heated to prevent the door from sealing shut due to ice buildup, and for simple and convenient use, the unit also features an interactive control screen.
