Dynamic MX040.1ES SMX750ES 34 1/2" Hand Mixer w/ 1 Speed, 115v
The Dynamic MX040.1ES hand mixer can be used to mix, blend, puree, and emulsify 60 gallons of product. It has a 24-inch-long stainless steel shaft that reaches into deep pots. Its 41/2-inch-diameter bell on the end of the shaft can be detached for cleaning, and its cutting blade is plated in corrosion-resistant titanium. It operates at a single speed, rotating 11,000 times per minute, and users can set the motor to operate continuously for thick product.
