The Dynamic MX070.11 immersion blender includes four titanium-plated blades to perform a variety of common tasks. The emulsifying blade is useful for mashing potatoes and making smoothies, while the standard blade is great for creating sauces and gravies. To blend pancakes and cake batter, it includes a batter disc, and the dairy disc permits the whipping of eggs and cream. These blades are titanium plated for strength.

To facilitate cleaning, the Dynamic MX070.11 handheld blender's 7-inch shaft is detachable for thorough scrubbing. It's made of stainless steel€”a durable material that resists rust, corrosion, and other common chips and scratches. This unit operates at variable speeds as high as 13,000 RPM. It mixes portions as large as 1 gallon and is handheld to permit user control.
