Constructed of stainless steel, the Dynamic MX070.14 handheld blender's 61/2-inch-long shaft is durable and resistant to rust and corrosion. Because it detaches from the rest of the unit, it can be thoroughly cleaned between uses. Overall, the blender is 151/2 inches long with a 21/8-inch-diameter bell. It's designed for handheld use to enable maximum control.
The Dynamic MX070.14 immersion blender comes with four blades: emulsifying, standard, batter, and dairy. To strengthen them for heavy use, these blades are titanium plated. The blender mixes 1 gallon of product at a time and operates at various speeds as high as 13,000 RPM to support a range of tasks.
