The variable motor of the Sammic XM-31 commercial immersion blender reaches speeds as high as 12,000 revolutions per minute. The motor unit features an ergonomic bi-mat grip that fits comfortably in the user's palm for safe operation. To streamline its function, it's supplied with a two-color indicator light that communicates standby and ready modes. Once the motor has been set to its preferred speed, employees can operate it manually or switch it to continuous mode for multi-tasking purposes. For storage needs, it ships with a wall mount.

The Sammic XM-31 commercial immersion blender comes with an attachable 12-inch-long blending arm. To blend through vegetables, such as sliced tomatoes or avocadoes, it features a Y blade with an all-in-one tempered cutting system. The arm is constructed of stainless steel, offering durability and corrosion resistance. Because the arm is simple to attach or disengage, it can be cleaned with hot water and a gentle detergent. Once fully assembled, this immersion blender unit measures 24¹⁷/₁₀₀ inches long overall.
