Because of its long cord and lightweight design, the Univex VORTEX750 immersion blender can be carried around the kitchen to wherever the pot sits. It runs at a single speed and has strong motors to blend as much as 210 quarts of food. The comfortable handle provides a firm grip, and to prevent strained hands, a trigger switch activates continuous blending. For safety, a switch prevents the blender from starting by accident, so it is less likely to injure someone, while a cooling system prevents overheating. The Univex VORTEX750 immersion blender has a stainless steel shaft and bell that resist rust and facilitate cleaning.
