It slices through bread without crushing or flattening it, and it can smoothly cut through pineapple, watermelon, and cantaloupe without butchering the soft fruit. Because the handle is blue, it fits into color-coded prepping systems. This handle is made of textured polypropylene, so it provides a slip-resistant grip. The handle is sealed to the high-carbon steel blade to eliminate hard-to-clean crevices.
