A two-piece set, the Dexter Russell S163-7SC/9SC sandwich knife set includes a 7-inch and 9-inch offset bread knife. Enabling them to cut cleanly through thick crusts of bread, both knives feature a serrated edge. The blades are made of stain-free, high-carbon steel for lasting durability and corrosion resistance. To provide a secure grip, each knife is equipped with a textured polypropylene handle.
