Durable to withstand repeated washings in commercial dishmachines, the Cambro BR578416 Camrack® base rack is constructed of chemical- and heat-resistant polypropylene. It's designed with a single open compartment, making it ideal for holding large prep utensils and cookware. The inner grating is open to promote thorough washing, and the outer walls are closed to help prevent contamination of clean wares. Able to be used in a color-coded system, its base is cranberry red. This full-size model measures 19³Aa€z₄ inches wide by 19³Aa€z₄ inches deep by 7¹Aa€z₄ inches high and has an inside rack height of 6¹Aa€z₂ inches.
