This design is ideal for washing large cookware, prep utensils, and display items. It features a black base fitted with three soft gray extenders to accommodate color-coded systems and tall wares. Because its outer walls are closed, wares are protected from contaminants such as pests and soiled mop water. To withstand repeated cycles in a commercial dishwasher, this unit is made of chemical-resistant polypropylene that endures temperatures as high as 200 degrees Fahrenheit.
