To reduce burn risks, the Prince Castle CTS-WS vertical toaster has a heat shield that keeps surfaces cool to the touch. Its conveyor has a silicone belt and is removable so it can be wiped clean after use. It can cook as many as 2,200 buns per hour and accommodates buns as large as 5.5 inches in diameter. Because it has two platens, it can cook both sides of a bun at the same time, even with varying thickness. It comes with a release sheet with a clamp and two nonstick Teflon sheets.

The Prince Castle CTS-WS commercial toaster has a temperature range of 350 to 550 degrees Fahrenheit. Its settings can be adjusted with its electronic controls, while a digital display provides a readout of the current temperature. For versatile applications, the toasting time can be set between 9 and 40 seconds. Made of stainless steel, this unit is durable and resistant to rust and corrosion.
