Cal-Mil 3683-99 Carving Station Board - 22 1/2" x 18 1/4", Reclaimed Wood

With a 22¹?₂-inch width and 18¹?₄-inch depth, the Cal-Mil 3683-99 carving station board has the surface area to present roast beef, sliced ham and turkey, and prime rib. The board is made of fiber resin?a material made of recycled wood that's durable for heavy use though soft enough to protect knife blades. A slot is integrated into the end for scraps, and side grooves catch and hide drippings. Without a heat lamp, this board can't hold product at food-safe temperatures for long, though a bracket is included to support an accessory lamp if the operator wants to add one.
