The Cres Cor IFW-61-WF-PB Star Series carving station features a Richlite® wood fiber cutting board for slicing prime rib, steak, turkey, and pork in style on upscale buffet lines and at formal events. This material is easy on knives and durable enough to endure daily use. A unique center pattern drains food scraps and juice into the drip pan inset beneath the cutting board to maintain a clean workspace. To fit variously sized table tops and buffet lines, this unit measures 30¹/₂ inches wide by 20 inches deep by 52 inches high and is simple to transport.

To warm foods while they're sliced, this Cres Cor IFW-61-WF-PB carving station's lamp includes a 250-watt red bulb that's shatter and thermal shock resistant to protect foods from bulb breakage. As menus change, users can reposition the lamp with its flexible arm, and its arm tension secures it in place once it's adjusted to establish the heating focus. Operators can simply power the unit on and off with the base-mounted on/off switch. For a traditional look, this lamp sports a polished brass hood.
