The Bakers Pride C-36RS-R countertop radiant charbroiler provides a 36-inch-wide cooking surface for high-volume grilling. Its free-floating steel rod grates enable even heat distribution, while the EZ tilt front grease trough facilitates efficient grease management. Designed with cast iron radiants, this unit enhances heat retention and distribution for consistent cooking results. The unit also includes a 6-inch service shelf with a utility bar and water tubs to aid in moisture retention.

Designed for commercial kitchens, the Bakers Pride C-36RS-R charbroiler features stainless steel construction, including its exterior, interior, and combustion chamber, for enhanced durability. This model includes seven burners, each paired with a dedicated V-shaped radiant for optimal performance. It operates on liquid propane and is equipped with a continuously lit crossover pilot tube for simplified ignition. A 3/4-inch NPT rear gas connection ensures a secure installation, and a top grid scraper is included for routine maintenance.
