To enhance heat distribution and add smoky flavor, this unit features Glo Stones radiants. Its free-floating steel rod grates promote even heat transfer, while the EZ tilt front grease trough efficiently channels grease away from the cooking area. A 6-inch service shelf with a utility bar provides additional space for convenience.

Constructed of stainless steel for durability, the Bakers Pride C-48RS-C charbroiler is built to withstand commercial kitchen environments. It operates with ten burners, each working with coal radiants to create intense, even heat.
