Bakers Pride F-48RS 48" Floor Model Gas Charbroiler w/ Stainless Steel Radiants - (10) Burners, Natural Gas

The Bakers Pride F-48RS radiant charbroiler is powered by natural gas and outputs 150,000 BTUs. It features a stainless steel construction and a 10-burner array covered by a free-floating round rod top grate—the burners heat the grate, much like how a residential grill operates. To help retain heat, the unit is double-wall insulated.

Operation of the Bakers Pride F-48RS gas charboiler is simple as it features three thermostatic knobs; one controls gas flow, one controls pilot light ignition, and one controls temperatures for every burner. At the bottom of the unit is an open storage space for commonly used equipment, and for simplified cleaning, the tilting front grease trough slides out to minimize mess. The full unit measures 48 inches wide and is perched atop 6-inch adjustable legs.
