A 6-inch service shelf with a utility bar offers convenient workspace, while built-in water tubs help control flareups and maintain food moisture. The EZ tilt front grease trough directs grease into a removable grease pan for efficient cleanup. With a total output of 240,000 BTU, the Bakers Pride F-72RS charbroiler operates on LP gas and features 16 individually controlled 15,000 BTU burners for optimal temperature regulation.
