The Bakers Pride F-72RS radiant charbroiler is a floor model unit designed for high-volume cooking, offering a 72-inch-wide cooking surface. Its free-floating, round rod grates can be manually tilted to three positions, allowing for precise heat control and temperature zoning. The stainless steel radiants ensure even heat distribution for consistent broiling results. Equipped with a 6-inch service shelf and utility bar, this unit provides additional workspace and convenience. Built-in water tubs help reduce flareups while maintaining food moisture, and the EZ tilt front grease trough efficiently directs grease into a removable grease pan for simplified cleanup.

Operating on natural gas, the Bakers Pride F-72RS delivers a total of 240,000 BTU through 16 individually controlled burners, each rated at 15,000 BTU. Its continuously lit crossover pilot tube system allows for quick and reliable ignition. Fully insulated, double-walled construction enhances heat retention for improved efficiency, while the stainless steel interior and exterior provide durability and easy maintenance.
