The Bakers Pride F-72RS-R radiant charbroiler is a heavy-duty floor model designed for high-volume grilling applications. Measuring 72 inches wide, it features free-floating, round rod grates that can be manually adjusted to three different tilt positions, allowing operators to control heat zones for versatile cooking. Its cast iron radiants ensure even heat distribution and efficient cooking performance. The EZ tilt front grease trough simplifies cleanup by directing excess grease into a removable grease pan, while built-in water tubs help reduce flareups and maintain food moisture. A 6-inch service shelf with a utility bar provides additional workspace for added convenience.

This unit operates on natural gas and is equipped with 16 individually controlled burners, each producing 15,000 BTU for a total output of 240,000 BTU. A continuously lit crossover pilot tube system enables quick and reliable ignition, while its double-walled, fully insulated construction enhances heat retention. The open cabinet base provides convenient storage space for grilling tools and accessories.
