The Bakers Pride L-24RS-C radiant charbroiler is a countertop model designed for high-performance grilling in compact kitchens. Measuring 24 inches wide, it features free-floating, round rod grates that can be adjusted to two different tilt positions, allowing operators to create multiple heat zones for cooking versatility. Its coal radiants with Glo-Stones enhance flavor by adding a natural smoky taste, while the EZ tilt front grease trough simplifies cleanup by directing excess grease into a removable pan. A 6-inch service shelf provides additional workspace for improved efficiency.

Designed for durability, this charbroiler has a fully insulated, double-walled stainless steel construction that enhances heat retention and ensures long-lasting use. The continuously lit crossover pilot tube system allows for quick and reliable ignition. It operates on liquid propane gas with four independently controlled burners, each producing 15,000 BTU, for a total output of 60,000 BTU. The unit also includes a top grid scraper for easy maintenance. Optional accessories such as splash guards, overhead shelves, and high-output burners enable further customization to meet specific kitchen needs.
