Eurodib VGB3 Gyro Machine w/ 88 lb Capacity - Stainless Steel, Convertible
The heavy-duty Eurodib VGB3 vertical broiler is designed for preparing meat for gyros. It is made of stainless steel and can hold 88 pounds of meat. The broiler has three double broilers, each controlled by a designated knob. The skewer is adjustable forwards or backwards and the top-mounted motor rotates either left or right as desired. Because the motor is top mounted, it's positioned away from grease and spillage during use. The broiler uses natural gas but includes a conversion kit for LP gas as needed.
