The Garland GTBG24-NR24 countertop charbroiler has reversible racks, making it suitable for handling both dense meats such as steak and delicate proteins such as fish. Made of cast iron, the grates are durable and heat food evenly while cooking. Both burners can be adjusted individually with front-located knobs, so this charbroiler can cook several types of food at once.

To protect the countertop from burning or the unit itself from overheating, the Garland GTBG24-NR24 charbroiler is mounted on 4-inch legs that can be adjusted if needed. This unit offers protection to the operator as well with a front-located rail, which provides distance between them and the heating elements to reduce burns. For cleaning purposes, it has a crumb tray that catches debris and food particles.
